First make sure that you have a device within the following specifications:

Android:
  • OS 6 or better

  • 2 GB of RAM minimum

  • 800x480 screen resolution minimum

We cannot guarantee these specifications alone will be enough to run the game smoothly. Devices are made for different purposes, and not all work well for gaming. Also, the game may be unstable if your phone has a modified OS.

iOS:
  • iOS 9.0 or better

  • iPhone 6S or better

  • 2 GB of RAM minimum

  • 640x960 screen resolution minimum (higher is recommended)

Sometimes, these specs alone aren’t enough to enjoy the game. Some iPhone devices might respond better to our game than others.

If your device specifications are within the specifications above:
We recommend you to check that you utilize a stable Wi-fi connection at first, sometimes there might be smaller disturbances in your connection that causes issues that disconnects you for a second or two, and when you do not have a connection, then the game cannot load properly and give you the error message.

As an extra precaution you could close other apps that use network connection as they may interrupt connection as well with their background processes.

For further suggestions, please follow these steps:

  1. Restart your device and start Armed Heist first.
  2. Restart your Wi-fi router.
  3. Remove any VPN or network booster.

If the suggestions above does not work then these are two more drastic things you can try:

  1. Try another device with better performace on your Wi-Fi connection.
    (If it works, then its your device is not optimal for Armed heist)
  2. Try your device on another Wi-Fi Connection.
    (If this works, then your router at home cannot provide a stable connection to the server)
